Barbarita Garci'a, as many say to him of affection, was born in Havana Cuba, and arrived at Miami in years 80. From very early age one felt attracted by artistic means, reason why it began to make theater in Cuba. Just a short time later it is decided to enter the Miami Dade Comunity College, where it took classes from radio and television and was in Prometheus, a special program of the MDCC, where it took courses from diction, phonetics and theater, which laid the way to him of entrance in the world of the radio in the year of 1995.
Its first work in the radio was like Miss Grace 92, name that put own Raul to him Alarcon Mr., since it was the image of the radio FM 92, that now is Classic station 92,3 of Spanish Broadcasting System. In this station years later first experience like speaker in the Morning had his Show along with Paquito Senti.
Shortly after, Barbarita passed to the Great Chain 106,3 FM, also property of Raul Alarcón Mr., where p.m. had its own show of afternoon from 3 to 7 and where was baptized it like “the sweetest voice of the radio�. Then, simultaneously it began to work in WRMA-Romance 106,7 FM in a show of the week ends, per which it received a prize in 2001, the “Air Award�, by its excellence.
After the Great Chain, and of its show of week ends, it passed to be exclusive part of WRMA-Romance 106,7 FM, in his 12 show of the 8 to p.m. called “At night with Barbie Garci'as� in who one to date is entertaining his hearing.
The show of Barbarita is a program of continuous music where it interacts with his hearing it pleases, them, and it follows the passages to them his brief favorite artists reason why it does notitas of the artists of the moment.
The race of this great radial speaker occurred and it occurs in SBS, where it has presented/displayed concerts like Christmases to the Great thing, Alive Romance, Concert of the Century where it has been elbowed with artists of the stature of Blond Paulina, Cristian Castro, Jennifer Lopez, among others.
